๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Manage Sophos MSP partners; build joint plans to hit revenue and profitability.
  • Drive MSP/MDR opportunities, new logos, up-sell, cross-sell, and renewals.
  • Own joint business reviews with KPI and SMART goals.
  • Coordinate Sophos teams across product, sales, SE, marketing, and services to meet partner objectives.
  • Enable partners to leverage Sophos portfolio to improve customer security.
  • Build executive relationships with C-level partners and align cross-functional teams.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years MSP Partner Management experience in South Europe.
  • Experience developing joint partner business plans and MSP/MDR service offerings.
  • Understanding of RMM/PSA platforms and integrating commercial models.
  • Proven ability to build and foster C-level relationships and engage across internal/external stakeholders.
  • Proven track record meeting/exceeding partner sales quotas and driving net new business.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills; fluent in English and French.
