  • You oversee a portfolio of distribution and reseller partners within the territory.
  • You recruit and onboard new partners in line with indirect GTM strategy.
  • You train and enable partners on product positioning, value, and sales processes.
  • You support distributor-led campaigns and partner marketing to drive leads.
  • You collaborate with internal teams on pricing, training, and escalations.
  • You track KPIs and pipeline metrics for the region.

  • Minimum 3โ€“5 years in channel sales, distribution or partner management.
  • Experience with B2B SaaS or cybersecurity vendors preferred.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and partner-facing skills.
  • Data-driven approach and experience with CRM and PRM tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
