📋 Description

  • Proactively identify, source, and qualify broker opportunities.
  • Drive broker-sourced pipeline via outreach, referrals, planning.
  • Own and activate relationships with broker partners for access.
  • Enable brokers on ICPs, use cases, buying triggers, referrals.
  • Partner with Account Executives to co-sell broker opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and forecast broker pipeline and trends.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, channel, partnerships, or broker roles.
  • Demonstrated success unlocking broker networks and sourcing pipeline.
  • Exceptional relationship-building with senior broker stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with cross-functional coordination.
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and build new channel motions.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
