  • Develop a set of selected strategic partners, existing and new.
  • Build and execute joint business plans to identify, develop and close opportunities.
  • Enable partners to leverage Sophos portfolio to improve customer security.
  • Directly support partners to qualify and close complex deals with wider sales and SE teams.
  • Own joint business reviews with KPI and SMART goals.
  • Travel locally, nationwide and some international to engage partners.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in channel sales and territory management in networking or security.
  • Extensive knowledge of the partner landscape across the region, especially South Africa.
  • Experience building and executing successful business and marketing plans.
  • Understanding of the technology channel ecosystem and partner models (VAR/MSP/Distribution).
  • Strong interpersonal, active listening, discovery and qualification skills.
  • Solid cybersecurity knowledge; advantageous.
