Track change order requests to develop departmental metrics and support calls.
Collaborate with project management, finance, and leads to produce accurate change orders.
Review budget assumption changes and translate them into budgets.
Schedule and lead change order alignment calls with the extended project team.
Prepare and tailor change order text reflecting assumptions, budgets, resourcing, and vendor changes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science, finance/accounting or related field.
Ideally 3+ years experience with change orders in an Excel-based costing tool.
Must have clinical CRO budgeting experience.
Working knowledge of project budgets and financial analysis; advanced Excel skills.
