Lead change order budget creation with PMs, leads, and analysts to develop variance analysis for client presentation.
Track and record change order requests to develop departmental metrics and participate in calls.
Collaborate with project management, finance, and leads to produce high-quality change orders on time.
Review changes in assumptions to the budget and translate to budgets.
Communicate with project team and stakeholders to support timely delivery of change orders.
Schedule and lead change order alignment calls with the extended team.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in science, finance, or related field.
3+ years change orders experience in an Excel-based costing tool.
Clinical CRO budgeting experience.
Strong knowledge of project budgets and financial analysis; advanced Excel.
