  • Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives (e.g., new system implementation, process transformation)
  • Experience designing training programs for professional/technical audiences
  • Strong instructional design and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and structure
