- 3+ years in change management, training, learning & development, enablement, or organizational development
- Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives (e.g., new system implementation, process transformation)
- Experience designing training programs for professional/technical audiences
- Strong instructional design and facilitation skills (virtual and in-person)
- Strong stakeholder management skills and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication with clarity and structure
