  • Lead people-side execution of enterprise transformation initiatives sponsored by the Value Creation Office (VCO).
  • Develop and execute integrated change strategies aligned to milestones and value goals.
  • Assess impacts, readiness, stakeholders, and resistance.
  • Design and deliver clear communication plans that articulate purpose and value.
  • Facilitate leader alignment sessions, workshops, and employee forums to support adoption.
  • Create and oversee training plans, materials, and guides to enable new ways.
  • Equip teams to adopt new processes, systems, and operating models.
  • Partner with program, HR, Marketing, Finance, Sales, and Engineering to embed changes.
  • Define adoption metrics, track progress, and adjust plans to drive outcomes.
  • Support leaders in reinforcing new behaviors and accountability.
  • Provide insights on culture and team dynamics to improve adoption.
  • Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders navigating resistance.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years in program management or enterprise transformation
  • Prosci or comparable certification required
  • Experience supporting large cross-functional initiatives
  • Operating model transformation or value creation experience preferred
  • Strong executive presence to influence without authority
  • Translate strategy into execution amid ambiguity
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder mgmt
  • Experience with senior leaders guiding teams through change
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines
  • Skilled at negotiating conflict to win-win outcomes
  • Excellent oral, written communication and presentation to C‑Suite
