🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
English language proficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
