- Lead planning and delivery of a WeChat system project and milestones.
- Gather and analyse business requirements from product, frontline, digital, and marketing.
- Support UI/UX design: user journeys, wireframes and design workshops.
- Partner with Technology to validate feasibility and integration with data flows.
- Maintain delivery artefacts: RAID logs, project plans, governance decks, dashboards.
- Oversee UAT: test scenarios, testers, defects, and production sign-off.
🎯 Requirements
- At least 2 years across change delivery, business analysis, or digital product implementation in banking/financial services.
- Experience delivering WeChat mini apps is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of Agile cycles, backlog prioritisation, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience delivering digital communications, chat, or mobile app features; translate business needs into requirements and user stories.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management across frontline, digital, technology and marketing; Mandarin and/or Cantonese required.
- Experience supporting UAT, test execution, defect management, and release readiness.
