- Delivery mindset: break work down, prioritise and create value.
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks shaping operational change.
- Ability to use data (operational, qualitative, quantitative) to identify problems and drive decisions.
- Confident in stakeholder management and navigating ambiguity.
- End-to-end project delivery experience; leading through change would be advantageous.
