  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives
  • Experience working in complex, matrix, and multi-market environments
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute delivery plans and drive outcomes
  • Self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Operational Technology (OT) experience is desirable but not essential
