- Develop and execute change, communication, and engagement strategies
- Drive cultural and operational change across multiple business units and locations
- Monitor adoption outcomes and implement corrective actions where required
- Stakeholder management: build relationships with senior business and technology leaders
- Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams and markets

- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation, change adoption, or operating model implementations
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, including engagement with senior executives
- Experience working in complex, matrix, and multi-market environments
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute delivery plans and drive outcomes
- Self-directed, proactive, and results-oriented
- Operational Technology (OT) experience is desirable but not essential
