🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in Advisory, Management Consulting, Finance, or Public Accounting.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field.
• CPA or MBA/MAcc/MS in Finance required.
• Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting CFO initiatives: finance transformation, transactions, or regulatory readiness.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and mentor junior team members.
