Lead CFO advisory engagements delivering structure and momentum.
Diagnose issues in unstructured finance environments across people, processes, data, systems.
Provide strategic finance leadership, including interim Head of Finance/Controller roles.
Identify root causes and translate into executable solutions.
Lead CFO services engagements including transaction readiness (buy/sell side).
Coach junior staff and build relationships with CFOs and boards.

🎯 Requirements

6+ years in CFO advisory or transaction advisory
Experience in management consulting, FP&A, or finance transformation
Background in public accounting
Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA or MBA preferred
Strong communication with CFOs, boards, and audit committees
