📋 Description

• Enter complex finance environments to assess challenges across people, processes, and data.
• Provide strategic financial leadership to clients, including interim Head of Finance or Controller roles.
• Identify root causes and translate them into actionable solutions.
• Lead engagements across CFO services, including transaction readiness and transformation.
• Support CFOs with board and audit committee communications and reporting readiness.
• Coach and develop consultants; build strong CFO relationships and contribute to growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, Management Consulting, FP&A, or Finance Transformation.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business; CPA or MBA required.
• Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting CFO initiatives such as finance transformation, transactions, or regulatory readiness.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience developing and mentoring junior team members.
