📋 Description

• Enter complex finance environments to diagnose challenges across people and processes.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, including interim CFO/Controller roles.
• Identify root causes and translate into actionable solutions.
• Lead engagements across CFO services such as transaction readiness and reporting improvements.
• Support CFOs with board and audit committee communications and reporting readiness.
• Day-to-day engagement lead; manage scope, timelines, and client expectations.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, or FP&A leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA or MBA required.
• Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting from consulting or industry.
• Experience supporting CFO-level initiatives such as finance transformation or regulatory readiness.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience developing and mentoring junior team members.
