📋 Description

• Enter complex finance environments to assess challenges in people, processes, data, and systems.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, incl. interim Head of Finance or Controller.
• Identify root causes and translate into actionable solutions.
• Lead CFO advisory engagements: transaction readiness and buy/sell support.
• Drive finance transformation: processes redesign, standardization, optimization.
• Build trust-based relationships with CFOs, controllers, boards, and executives.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in CFO advisory, management consulting, or public accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or MBA (or MS in Finance) required.
• Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations and reporting.
• Experience leading CFO initiatives (finance transformation, transactions, regulatory readiness).
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams.
