🎯 Requirements
- 6+ years in Advisory/Transaction Advisory/Management Consulting/FP&A/Finance Transformation/Public Accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA or MBA, MAcc, or MS in Finance
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting from consulting or industry
- Experience supporting CFO initiatives such as finance transformation, transactions, or regulatory readiness
- Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams
