📋 Description

• Enter unstructured finance environments to diagnose challenges across people, processes, data.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, including interim Head of Finance or Controller roles.
• Lead CFO services engagements: transaction readiness, execution, and finance transformation.
• Manage day-to-day engagement scope, timelines, and client expectations; coach consultants.
• Contribute to practice growth through client expansion and thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, or Mgmt Consulting.
• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or related field; CPA or MBA required.
• Strong foundation in accounting, finance ops, and financial reporting from consulting or industry.
• Experience supporting CFO initiatives such as finance transformation, transactions, or regulatory readiness.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage multiple workstreams, and mentor juniors.
