• Enter complex finance environments to assess challenges across people, processes, data.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, including interim Head of Finance or Controller roles.
• Lead engagements in CFO advisory services, including transaction readiness and execution.
• Improve finance operations and reporting via transformation and standardization.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, and client expectations; build CFO/board relationships.
• Coach and develop consultants; contribute to practice growth and thought leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, or finance transformation.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPA or MBA/MAcc/MS in Finance required.
• Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting.
• Experience supporting CFO initiatives like finance transformation or regulatory readiness.
• Proven ability to lead client engagements and manage multiple workstreams.
