🎯 Requirements

- CPA or MBA/MAcc/MS in Finance required.
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting.
- Experience advising CFOs and execs on complex finance initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-workstream engagements and manage economics.
- Experience developing and mentoring team members at multiple levels.
- Track record of contributing to client growth or practice building.
