🎯 Requirements
- 8–10 years in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, or Finance Transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Admin or related field.
- CPA or MBA/MAcc/MS in Finance required.
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance ops, and financial reporting.
- Experience advising CFOs and execs on complex finance initiatives.
- Lead large, multi-workstream client engagements and manage economics.
- Experience mentoring team members at multiple levels.
- Track record contributing to client growth and business development.
