🎯 Requirements
- 8-10 years in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, or Finance Transformation
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- CPA or MBA/MAcc/MS in Finance required
- Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and reporting
- Experience advising CFOs and executives on complex finance initiatives
- Lead large, multi-workstream client engagements and manage engagement economics
- Experience mentoring team members at multiple levels
- Track record of contributing to client growth or practice building
