📋 Description

• Lead complex CFO Advisory engagements with CFOs and executives.
• Diagnose issues in high-pressure finance environments across people, processes, data.
• Provide strategic financial leadership, including interim roles such as Head of Finance or Controller.
• Oversee CFO Office engagements: transaction readiness, transformation, and reporting.
• Advise on board/audit communications, reporting readiness, and audit processes.
• Own engagement delivery, scope, timelines, economics; mentor staff; develop clients.

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10 years in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory, or Finance Transformation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field; CPA or MBA required.
• Strong foundation in accounting, finance operations, and financial reporting.
• Experience advising CFOs and executives on complex finance initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-workstream engagements and manage engagement economics.
• Experience mentoring team members and contributing to client growth or practice building.
