🎯 Requirements
- 8-10 years in CFO Advisory, Transaction Advisory or related.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA or MBA/MAcc/MS in Finance required.
- Strong accounting, finance ops, and financial reporting.
- Proven ability to lead large, multi-workstream engagements.
- Experience mentoring team members at multiple levels.
- Track record in client growth, BD, or practice building.
