🎯 Requirements

- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Admin, or related field
- CPA or MBA/MAcc/MS in Finance required
- Strong accounting, finance ops, and financial reporting
- Experience advising CFOs and execs on complex finance initiatives
- Lead large multi-workstream client engagements and manage engagement economics
- Experience mentoring team members at multiple levels
- Track record of client growth or practice building
