- Handle general office tasks (badges, visitors, mail, deliveries)
- Plan and execute internal/external events
- Coordinate COIs with tenants/vendors; submit maintenance requests; coordinate access for visitors
- Support other Regional Support team functions as needed

- Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience with Salesforce or CRM/Task Management systems
- Experience using Microsoft Office
- 1-2 years' admin, facilities, or event coordination

- Base salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 USD
