  • Primarily based in CFGI New York City office
  • Handle general office tasks (badges, visitors, mail, deliveries)
  • Plan and execute internal/external events
  • Coordinate COIs with tenants/vendors; submit maintenance requests; coordinate access for visitors
  • Support other Regional Support team functions as needed

🎯 Requirements

  • Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple requests
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience with Salesforce or CRM/Task Management systems
  • Experience using Microsoft Office
  • 1-2 years' admin, facilities, or event coordination
