🎯 Requirements

- Strong Web3 knowledge; on-chain, DeFi, tokenomics, cross-chain.
- Self-driven with ownership; initiates impact without guidance.
- Creative, willing to experiment; propose novel product ideas.
- Prior experience in exchanges, VCs, or ops roles preferred.
- Bilingual Chinese and English is an advantage.
