🎯 Requirements
- 3-5 years of product strategy/product management experience.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong Web3 understanding; on-chain mechanisms (smart contracts, DeFi, tokenomics, cross-chain).
- Self-driven with ownership; proactively identifying opportunities and driving initiatives.
- Creative and willing to experiment; propose novel product ideas.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English is an advantage.
