CET Interior Designer - Team Lead

📋 Description

• Develop workspace solutions using CET Designer and AutoCAD.
• Create drawings, specs, renderings, and presentations for sales.
• Select finishes and furniture to match client expectations.
• Review plans, conduct code analyses; factor site conditions.
• Do field verifications, inventories, measurements for accuracy.
• Collaborate with sales/marketing/project teams; update timelines.
• Self-review and quality-check deliverables before distribution.
• Prepare final docs for order entry and installation; assist with as-builts.
• Provide drawings/coordination to external partners (A&D, IT, etc).
• Stay current on design trends through training/events.
• Maintain knowledge of codes (ADA, LEED, WELL) and ergonomics.
• Knowledge of product lines, specs in commercial furniture.
• Team player with problem-solving mindset; remote-friendly.
• Must have home office setup with PC and 50 Mbps speed.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong English communication in client-facing U.S. environment.
• CET (Configura) Designer, AutoCAD, Project Spec, MS Office skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field.
• 4+ years in commercial furniture/workspace design; CET exp.
• Detail-oriented with multi-project management ability.
• Fast learner; proactive with new software/workflows.
• Familiar with ADA, ergonomics, LEED, WELL standards.
• Knowledge of product lines, specs in commercial furniture.
• Collaborative team player; remote-work friendly.
• Reliable home office setup with PC and internet access.
