About the Role

As a Content Marketing Manager, this position will be important to continually expanding CertiK’s online identity, engaging its audience, and driving awareness of products. You will be responsible for crafting captivating technical copy, developing imaginative content, and driving our native content to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

You will engage within the marketing team, and cross-functionally to design, plan and execute a content strategy that drives real measurable success.

This role will craft compelling stories that guide prospects through a seamless content journey, from initial awareness to sustained demand.

This position will have full ownership of the strategy and delivery of our content initiatives. You'll work closely with key stakeholders across the company, ensuring that our content exceeds industry standards and will be crucial in driving our mission forward. This position will drive strong comprehensive content marketing strategies for each of CertiK’s products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Content Development: Create a broad array of content types on various social media platforms to drive engagement, including educational and technical posts, engaging videos, infographics, thought leadership pieces, humorous memes, and persuasive website copy that conveys our core messages and values.
  • Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Web3 space, social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure social strategies remain current and impactful.
  • Community Engagement: Actively manage our brand’s presence on various social media platforms, engaging with the community and responding to feedback.
  • Strategy: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a content marketing strategy that delivers consistent, high-quality content across channels.
  • Production: Create and manage multi-format content (blogs, podcast episodes, emails, videos, ebooks, white papers, surveys, infographics, etc.) for integrated marketing campaigns aligned to target personas.
  • Optimization: Ensure content is optimized for SEO and AI discovery against target keywords.
  • Dissemination: Produce editorial emails and newsletters, including content setup, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Reach: Write press releases and participate in industry community conversations across social media and other communications.
  • Metrics: Regularly monitor, interpret, and report on content performance to identify opportunities and learnings.
  • Technology: Constantly evaluate new tools, platforms, and processes, including AI tools to drive efficiencies and enhance content output.
  • Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in social copywriting, brand content writing and creation, or technical writing for social media or web platforms, in crypto/blockchain is strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Sound knowledge of web3, blockchain technology, gaming, cryptocurrency, DeFi, NFTs, culture, etc. is required.
  • In-depth knowledge of a variety of social media platforms, particularly Twitter
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven ability to excel in high-stress and fast-paced environments
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Demonstrates great attention to detail and flexibility in urgent requests
  • Exceptional editorial, communication, and project management skills

  • Additional Information

    CertiK will accept applications for this position through August 1, 2024 or until filled. This role will pay between $100,000 - $125,000 annually depending on education and experience.
