📋 Description

• Review participant records to identify CMS-HCC diagnoses.
• Draft and submit provider queries for documentation clarity.
• Track open queries with providers and close them out.
• Apply critical thinking to resolve complex coding scenarios.
• Work independently in a remote environment and stay organized.
• Deliver high-quality, compliant coding for PACE participants.

🎯 Requirements

• Active CRC (Certified Risk Adjustment Coder) required.
• Minimum 1 year of risk adjustment coding experience.
• In-depth ICD-10-CM and CMS-HCC v24/v28 knowledge.
• EHR experience plus Microsoft Excel; Epic/OCHIN preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; solutions-focused.
• Background in CDI or coding QA; ability to work independently.
