Data entry of electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions
Manage provider/physician communications (voicemails, calls)
Resolve open issues across departments (pharmacists, techs, Incident Coordinator)
Ensure tasks are safe and compliant with policies and laws
Other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

6+ months pharmacy tech or similar experience
PTCB or NHA certification required before joining
Professional phone presence in support role
Attention to detail with high accuracy
Strong technical aptitude; quick to learn software
Competent in basic pharmacy calculations
Active Idaho Pharmacy Technician license or Training License (ID Board)
