🎯 Requirements
- Minimum 1 year as Peer Specialist or Recovery Coach
- Delaware Certified Peer Specialist certification required
- Reliable internet access in private space (laptop provided)
- Comfortable with smartphone/computer and MS Office
- Able to document member engagements in electronic records
- Willing to share personal lived experience with mental health/substance use
