Partner with an experienced home health OT
Follow care plans and work 1:1 with patients to improve function, ADL, IADLs
Educate patients and families in rehabilitative care for safety and independent living
Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations using a touchpad tablet

🎯 Requirements

Hawaii OTA license
Willing to travel in assigned territory
Graduate from AMA/AOTA accredited OTA program
Two years OTA experience and proficiency exam before 1977
At least one year of work experience supervised by a qualified OTA
