Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, Home Health

📋 Description

• Provide OT home visits in Richmond, VA as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Deliver rehabilitative care and skilled nursing to clients at home.
• Travel within assigned territory to serve senior living clients.
• Help clients maintain independence and safety at home.

🎯 Requirements

• Be licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant by the state of VA.
• Must be willing to travel in assigned territory.
• Graduate from an OTA curriculum accredited by AMA and AOTA (evidenced by transcript/diploma).
• Two years OTA experience and a satisfactory proficiency exam grade by the US Public Health Service.
• At least one year of work experience under supervision of a qualified OT.
