Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, (COTA) - Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Provide rehabilitative care and skilled nursing in clients' homes.
• Travel within Nash, Wilson, and Edgecombe counties to visits.
• Part-time or per diem schedule for home health visits.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary health care team.
• Support Pitt County Visits office coverage.

🎯 Requirements

• Be licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in North Carolina.
• Must be willing to travel within assigned territory.
• Graduate from an OT program accredited by AMA and AOTA (or equivalent).
• Two years OTA experience and a proficiency exam prior to 12/31/1977.
• At least one year of work experience under OT supervision.
