📋 Description

• Provide individual, group, and co-treat OT sessions under supervision.
• Deliver therapy in-clinic and via telehealth as appropriate.
• Apply neurodiversity-affirming, play- and goal-based interventions.
• Complete documentation within designated Cortica timeframes.
• Facilitate functional, child-led experiences to meet goals.
• Collaborate with families to understand values and goals.

🎯 Requirements

• Current and unrestrictive OT Assistant license in state of practice.
• First aid/CPR training or ability to obtain.
• TB clearance.
• Experience with pediatric neurodevelopmental therapy.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a transdisciplinary care team.
