📋 Description

• Provide individual, group, and co-treat therapy under licensed OT guidance.
• Treat sensory integration, sensorimotor, motor, feeding, and developmental issues in children.
• In-clinic therapy and telehealth as appropriate.
• Accurately document within designated time frames using EMR and MS Office.
• Collaborate with families; participate in transdisciplinary rounds and trainings.
• Follow Cortica’s Whole Child Approach and safety protocols.

🎯 Requirements

• CA Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (unrestricted license).
• Experience with sensory integration and developmental disorders in kids.
• In-clinic and telehealth delivery; play-based/goal-based approaches.
• Proficient with EMR systems and Microsoft Office for docs.
• First aid/CPR cert or ability to obtain; TB clearance; safety training.
• Strong family collaboration and transdisciplinary teamwork.
