Provide restorative and rehabilitative OT services to participants at the center and in their homes.
Collaborate with the Rehabilitation team to implement care plans.
Implement activities to maximize independence in ADLs under OT direction.
Schedule treatments, clinical visits, and billing.
Document OT interventions per care plans, including devices and techniques.
Assist OT with vital signs, ROM, and strength testing.

🎯 Requirements

OTA associate's degree from an accredited program.
Valid California OTA license or license eligibility.
Minimum of two years OTA experience with frail or elderly population.
OTA knowledge to treat frail elderly participants with complex needs.
