Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist
Assist OT with vital signs, ROM, and strength testing
Coordinate with Rehab team to implement activities per treatment plans
Schedule treatments, clinical visits, and billing
Document OT interventions to promote independence in ADLs

🎯 Requirements

OTA associate's degree from an accredited program
Valid California OTA license or license eligibility
Minimum of two years OTA experience with frail/elderly population
OTA knowledge to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs
