- Collaborate with the Rehabilitation team to implement care plans.
- Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist.
- Assist the OTA in obtaining vital signs, ROM, and strength testing.
- Coordinate with the Rehabilitation team to implement activities per treatment plans.
- Schedule participants' treatments, clinical visits, and billing.
- Document OT interventions to promote muscle re-education, balance, and ADLs.
🎯 Requirements
- OTA associate’s degree from an accredited program
- Valid California OTA license or license eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years OTA clinical experience with frail/elderly
- OTA knowledge to treat frail elderly with complex needs
