Collaborate with the Rehabilitation team to implement care plans.
Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist.
Assist the OTA in obtaining vital signs, ROM, and strength testing.
Coordinate with the Rehabilitation team to implement activities per treatment plans.
Schedule participants' treatments, clinical visits, and billing.
Document OT interventions to promote muscle re-education, balance, and ADLs.

🎯 Requirements

OTA associate’s degree from an accredited program
Valid California OTA license or license eligibility
Minimum of 2 years OTA clinical experience with frail/elderly
OTA knowledge to treat frail elderly with complex needs
