- Collaborate with Rehab team to implement care plans.

- Coordinate with Rehab team to execute participants' plans.

- Lower patient volumes; build long-term relationships with participants.
🎯 Requirements
- OTA associate’s degree from an accredited program.
- Valid California OTA license, or license eligibility.
- Minimum of two years OTA experience with frail/elderly.
- OTA knowledge to treat frail, elderly with complex needs.
- Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or SNF experience preferred.
