📋 Description

  • Collaborate with Rehab team to implement care plans.
  • Assist OT with vital signs, ROM, and strength testing.
  • Coordinate with Rehab team to execute participants' plans.
  • Schedule treatments, clinical visits, and billing activities.
  • Document OT interventions to promote independence in ADLs.
  • Lower patient volumes; build long-term relationships with participants.

🎯 Requirements

  • OTA associate’s degree from an accredited program.
  • Valid California OTA license, or license eligibility.
  • Minimum of two years OTA experience with frail/elderly.
  • OTA knowledge to treat frail, elderly with complex needs.
  • Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or SNF experience preferred.
