🎯 Requirements
- OTA associate's degree from an accredited program
- Valid California OTA license or eligibility
- Minimum 2 years OTA clinical experience with frail/elderly
- OTA knowledge to treat frail elderly with complex needs
- Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or SNF experience encouraged
