Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist
Assist the Occupational Therapist with vital signs, ROM, and strength testing
Coordinate with Rehabilitation team to implement activities per treatment plans
Schedule participant treatments, clinical visits, and billing
Document interventions to promote ADLs, balance, endurance, and cognition

🎯 Requirements

OTA associate’s degree from an accredited program
Valid California OTA license, or license eligibility
Minimum 2 years OTA experience in a clinical setting with frail/elderly patients
OTA knowledge to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs
