- Administer participant treatment programs as established by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist the Occupational Therapist with vital signs, ROM, and strength testing
- Coordinate with Rehabilitation team to implement activities per treatment plans
- Schedule participant treatments, clinical visits, and billing
- Document interventions to promote ADLs, balance, endurance, and cognition
🎯 Requirements
- OTA associate’s degree from an accredited program
- Valid California OTA license, or license eligibility
- Minimum 2 years OTA experience in a clinical setting with frail/elderly patients
- OTA knowledge to treat frail, elderly participants with complex needs
