Administer participant's treatment programs as established by the occupational therapist
Assist the occupational therapist with vital signs, ROM and strength testing
Coordinate with rehab team to implement activities per treatment plans
Schedule treatment sessions, clinical visits, and billing
Maintain equipment maintenance and inventory
Deliver and document OT interventions per care plans (ADLs, balance)

🎯 Requirements

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Accredited Program
California OTA license or evidence of eligibility
Minimum two years OTA experience with frail elderly
Knowledge to treat frail elderly with complex needs
CPR and First Aid within 180 days of hire; certification preferred
Reliable transportation
