🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree in OTA from accredited program
- US evaluation of OTA degree earned outside US
- Valid CA OTA license or license eligibility
- Reliable transportation
- 2+ years OTA experience with frail elderly
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire (preferred)
