- Administer participant’s treatment programs as established by the occupational therapist
- Assist OT with vital signs, ROM, and strength testing
- Coordinate with rehab team to implement activities per treatment plans
- Handle scheduling of participants treatment, clinical visits, and billing
- Track and maintain maintenance for equipment
- Deliver and document OT interventions per care plans, including ADLs, balance, endurance
🎯 Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from Accredited Program
- Degree earned outside US must be evaluated to US OT Assistant equivalent
- Valid California Occupational Therapy Assistant License, or proof of license eligibility
- Reliable means of transportation
- Minimum 2 years OTA experience with frail/elderly in a clinical setting
- OTA knowledge to treat frail, elderly with complex needs
- CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire; certification preferred at hire
