Provide home health aide, CNA and rehabilitative care in home hospice.
Hospice visits across Bladen, Cumberland, Harnett, Hoke, Moore, Robeson, Sampson counties.
Full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.
Assist with activities of daily living and care tasks.
Light housekeeping and home management tasks.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary care team to support patients.

🎯 Requirements

At least one year of CNA experience.
Must be listed on the NC Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
CNA 1 license minimum.
Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination.
Criminal background check completed; meet state requirements.
