🎯 Requirements
- At least one year of CNA work experience
- Active and in good standing on the North Carolina Aide Registry
- CNA-1 license or higher
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Pass BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
- Clear criminal background check; meet all state requirements
